About Steve Bennington

   I was born in Norfolk and never left — this is home, and I care about the people in it. I’ve been into cars for as long as I can remember. I started helping out in the local garage when I was still at school, then went straight into an apprenticeship and became a fully qualified mechanic. I spent over 12 years working hands-on with all kinds of vehicles, and I’ve been buying and selling my own ever since.

Although I later moved into the gun trade for work, cars (and anything with an engine) have always been my passion. Whether it’s finding a solid family car, a capable 4×4, or something a bit sportier, I’ve spent years helping friends and family track down motors that fit their needs and budgets. 

I take real pride in the cars I choose to sell. Most of my stock is sourced privately, not from auctions, because it gives me the chance to thoroughly inspect, test drive and meet the seller in person. If anything feels off, I walk away. I look for cars that have been properly cared for, from smoke and pet-free homes, ideally with two keys, good service history and a clean MOT with no advisories, and it shows in the condition. This attention to detail means I can sell with confidence — and you can buy with it. If I wouldn’t own it myself, I won’t sell it.

My goal is simple: to take the stress and uncertainty out of buying a car and help you get something you’ll feel good driving.
